Following our previous update, the hosting provider has completed the hardware component replacement at the facility. We have confirmed that Bare Metal Servers is now fully operational and accessible at https://baremetal.hostupcloud.com. All services have been restored to normal operation. We apologize for the extended downtime and thank you for your patience while our team worked to resolve this infrastructure issue.

Following our previous update, we have confirmed that the hardware issue requires component replacement at the hosting facility. This replacement process is expected to take approximately 12 hours. Our hosting provider is beginning the replacement work immediately. The Bare Metal Servers service remains unavailable during this time. We will provide another update within 2 hours with progress on the replacement work.
